1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Reap social media management platform at postiv.co ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. "We," "our," or "us" refers to Reap.

2. Description of Service

Reap is a social media management platform that enables users to schedule, create, and publish content across multiple social media platforms. The Service includes features such as post scheduling, AI content assistance, analytics, team collaboration, and integrations with third-party social media platforms.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.
• You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Social Media Platform Integrations

By connecting your social media accounts to Reap:

• You authorize Reap to access and interact with your social media accounts as necessary to provide the Service.
• You represent that you have the authority to grant such access.
• You agree to comply with the terms of service of each connected platform.
• Reap is not responsible for changes to third-party platform APIs, policies, or availability that may affect the Service.
• You can disconnect any social media account at any time through your Reap settings.

5. User Content

• You retain all ownership rights to the content you create and publish through Reap.
• You grant Reap a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and transmit your content solely to provide the Service.
• You are solely responsible for the content you publish and must ensure it complies with applicable laws and platform guidelines.
• You must not use the Service to publish content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.

6. Subscriptions and Billing

• Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription.
• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.
• You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice. Price changes will take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact support@postiv.co for refund requests.
• If you are on a trial, a $2 hold may be placed to verify your payment method. This hold is released immediately.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulations.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or related systems.
• Use the Service to send spam, unsolicited messages, or automated bulk content that violates platform policies.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or impose an unreasonable load on our infrastructure.
• Resell or redistribute the Service without our written consent.

8. API and Developer Access

Reap provides a public API and MCP (Model Context Protocol) server for programmatic access. Use of the API is subject to these Terms and any additional API-specific rate limits and usage guidelines. API keys are confidential and must not be shared publicly. We reserve the right to revoke API access for abuse or violation of these Terms.

9. Intellectual Property

The Reap name, logo, and all related visual design elements are the property of Reap. The Service software, design, and documentation are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our written consent.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reap shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months prior to the claim.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or through your account settings.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles.
